The product is sold in its existing condition and this is approved by the buyer at the time of purchase.

When ordering custom paintings, a non-refundable deposit is required (30% of the price). When the deposit is paid, the buyer has approved the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Custom paintings are not adjusted after the work has been completed.There are no guarantees that custom paintings look like the original but the customer's wishes are sought. If you are unsure, you are advised to buy existing items through a physical meeting, please contact Michaela for a meeting.

Down payment is necessary to reserve a painting you intend to buy. This is not refunded if the buyer repents.
