Shipping & returns

How safe is your shipping and do you ship worldwide?

We take the utmost care in shipping your paintings worldwide. Each artwork is enclosed in a sturdy wooden box, valued at 2000 SEK, and wrapped in protective bubble plastic. For our international customers outside the EU, we opt for a more streamlined approach, sending your artwork securely rolled. This ensures a smoother and less expensive shipping process, clearing customs with ease.

Your shipment includes insurance at no extra cost.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping when your artwork is sent in a roll. Within Sweden and the EU, enjoy free shipping on paintings priced at 23,000 SEK or more. For shipping within the EU: 1,000 SEK. Shipping outside the EU starts at 2,000 SEK. If you have any questions or need more details, please feel free to contact us.

Yes, we offer returns for prints, with the condition that you cover the return delivery cost (approximately 150-300 SEK) and ensure the item returns in its original condition. However, please note that we do not offer returns for canvas orders or originals due to their unique and custom nature. If you have any concerns or are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us by fill in the contact form.

Returns are accepted for original (non-commission) pieces within Stockholm. To be eligible, please ensure you can return the artwork in the same condition it was sent within 5 workdays from the day of receipt.

How do I know if the painting will fit?

If you're unsure if a painting will fit your space, try this: Use masking tape to mark the dimensions on your wall where you intend to hang the artwork. It's a quick way to gauge how it'll look in your room. And for color concerns, I'm happy to provide a picture of the painting in your room. Just share a photo of your space in natural daylight for the most accurate color match and i’ll help you.

Do you offer frames?

We offer frames for our original paintings, though not every piece requires one. It's a lovely detail we can provide through our collaboration with a frameshop, ensuring both quality and affordability. Note that the frame may not include in your favourite paintings price, please see more information at that paintings product page.

For prints, we don't offer frames due to the common use of glass framing, which is best handled by a frameshop. Shipping glass can be risky. If you're in Stockholm and interested in framing, please let us know and we will help you to get in touch with our frameshop.

Do you offer commissions?

Yes, I do offer commissioned art pieces, although it's subject to my availability. If you're interested, please fill in the contact form. Expect a delivery time of 2-5 weeks, and please note that commissioned pieces are not eligible for returns.

When ordering custom paintings, a non-refundable deposit is required (50% of the price). When the deposit is paid, the buyer has approved the terms and conditions stated on this page. Custom paintings are not adjusted after the work has been completed. There are no guarantees that custom paintings look like the original but the customer's wishes are sought. If you are unsure, you are advised to buy existing items through a physical meeting, please fill in the contact form for a meeting.
